These terms govern the use of Veyrota provided by GlocallyTech. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Veyrota is software. Transfer contracts are made between the company and its customer; the company decides which drivers it works with and how much it pays them. Veyrota is not a transport operator and does not employ drivers.
Accounts
- Sign-in is by phone verification code. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the job and passenger data they enter and for having a lawful basis to share it.
Drivers
- Accept only jobs you can perform safely and legally. Do not use the app while driving except for one-tap actions.
- Location is shared only while you are online or on a job; go offline to stop sharing.
Acceptable use
- No misuse, reverse engineering, automated scraping or attempts to access other companies’ data.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
