Delete your account

You can delete your Veyrota account (driver or company team member) at any time.

How to delete it

• In the driver app: Profile → Delete my account.
• In the company panel: Settings → Security → Delete my account.
• If you cannot access the app, sign in below with your phone number and follow the same steps.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email address and profile photo.
• Your documents (driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance) and vehicle photos.
• Your location history, company memberships and all sessions.

What is retained

To meet companies’ statutory accounting obligations, records of completed jobs and payments (date, route and amount) are retained without a link to your identity. You cannot be identified from these records.

When deletion is unavailable

• During an active trip, until the trip ends.
• If you are the sole owner of a company with a team, transfer ownership to another team member first.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You can later create a new, empty account with the same phone number.
